Delivery & Returns Policy

BexaCom Power will honour any credit or exchange of products purchased from us after the product is returned to us and tested by our service team to establish the problem. Our products undergo a stringent testing process before being dispatched from our factory. Please note If the products are found to be damaged by no fault of the product i.e incorrectly installed or wired no credit will be due. If the product has a latent defect that we missed, we will refund you or replace the unit immediately.

Please return the faulty unit to us within 10 (ten) working days of purchase in its original condition, including all attachments and accessories.

Shipping Return will be processed by The Courier Guy’s. A return shipment fee of R103.00 will need to be PAID by the customer BEFORE we send a return waybill to you.

We will send the replacement down at our cost if found to be faulty and credit you the return waybill cost of R103.00. You will suffer NO LOSS if the product is found to be faulty.


⚠️PROCEDURE:
1. We will email you a return waybill once you have paid us the R103.00 return shipment fee.
2. Print the waybill out.
3. Attach the waybill to the same packaging that the product came in. (original Packaging must be in tact).
4. The Courier Guy will collect from you at a time given to us by you BEFORE we send you the return waybill to print.



Smart switches, Surge Protectors, Circuit breakers Including all ATS  products that require to be connected to the mains supply or  internet via Wi-Fi must be installed by a qualified electrician. If they are not the warranty will be voided.

Once the product has been opened , plugged in or used and there is an apparent fault it must be immediately turned off and reported to us with supporting photos.

We are not liable for any damages that any of the products sold by us may incur to any individual or any property.  

Returns on products due to buying the wrong product or changing your mind will incur nonrecoverable fee’s like the return shipping fee of (R103.00) as well as a handling fee of R99 to process the transaction on our side.

If the products are unopened and in brand new condition because you have over purchased we can pass a credit but the above costs will apply.

This is done in the interest of all our customers.

Please understand we do not sell secondhand items and that’s why we cannot refund opened items.

We apologise for the steps we have had to put in place due to unfortunate incidents where people have damaged the units and tried to get refunds after incorrect installation. We endeavor to provide clear instructions with every unit and offer 24 hour support for anything that is not clear or easy to follow.
